Edge Cord Failure

Causes:

• Idler shaft not adjusted.
• Tensioner belt damaged.
• Using worn idlers.

Solution:

• Correct adjustment and installation of idlers.
• Follow correct installation according to manufacturer’s instructions.
• Replace idlers.
