Essential tips on using insurance policies

• In case of any problem, to benefit from the terms of the insurance policy, only contact the seller and do not open the engine at all.
• It is mandatory to have a warranty with the seller’s stamp and to match the date of registration of the authenticity code in the system with the invoice date to benefit from the terms of the insurance policy.
• Damage caused by improper installation, failure of tensioner belts, idlers, timing bearings, oil, antifreeze, and gasoline leaks in the engine, driving the vehicle while it is off, engine coolant freezing, using reverse gear at high speeds, and defects caused by water pump failure are not covered by insurance.

Public transportation vehicles within and outside the city are not covered by the warranty.

• Based on this warranty, the maximum compensation paid is up to 100,000,000 Rials, upon the diagnosis and approval of the relevant expert and in accordance with the following instructions:

1. Benefiting from the warranty is subject to registering the product’s authenticity code at the time of purchase, and if the product’s authenticity code is not sent, the product will be excluded from the warranty conditions.
2. In the event of damage or failure, the car owner should not attempt to open the engine by other repairmen. All repairs and inspections must be carried out after examination and approval by the company’s expert. Obviously, cars whose engines have been opened will be excluded from the warranty conditions.
