Cause:

This defect can occur when multiple cracks in an area are parallel to each other. Foley bearing locking is a very important factor in the occurrence of this defect. Heat, wear and stress are other major factors.

Solution:

Check engine temperature and replace the belt, and use a belt that performs properly at engine temperature.
