Wear on Bottom Surface
Causes:
- The bottom of the belt is against the wear of the bottom of the idler groove.
- Worn pulleys.
- Pleats or objects in the pulley.
Solution:
- Use appropriate belts and pulleys.
- Replace defective idler pulleys.
- Clean pulleys.
