Wear on Sidewalls
Causes:
- There is belt slippage.
- The idler shaft is not adjusted.
- The idler shaft is worn out.
- The belt is not used properly.
Solution:
- Follow manufacturer’s installation recommendations.
- Correctly adjust and install idlers.
- Replace idlers.
- Use the correct size belt.
