Coated V-Belts (Plain)

Coated (plain) V-belts are belts with high power transmission capacity, resistant to heat, oil and static electricity, which are used in many countries around the world. Due to their resistance to longitudinal changes, it is possible to operate multiple belts together.

Application
They are round belts that have a wide range of applications in industrial and agricultural machinery. These belts are technically designed for conventional pulleys and are very cost-effective.

Types of coated V-belts (plain):

The power transmission capacity of each belt class varies from A to E. Of course, the exact power transmission rate of the belt depends on factors such as the contact angle of the belt with the pulley, the speed ratio, etc.

A with a width of 13 mm is for power transmission of 0.1 to 3 kW

B with a width of 17 mm is for power transmission of 0.5 to 6 kW

C with a width of 22 mm is for power transmission of 1 to 12 kW

D with a width of 32 mm is for power transmission of 3 to 32 kW
